2024 National Council for Mental Wellbeing's Annual Conference Evaluation
Thank you for attending NatCon24. Please take a few minutes to complete the online evaluation and provide your comments. Your feedback is very valuable in planning future activities. You must complete the entire online evaluation by no later than May 17, 2024 in order to claim continuing education credits.
Once you complete and submit the general evaluation for the overall conference and session evaluations for each of the specific sessions you attended, you will be able to print and save your continuing education certificate and transcript for your records. Please note: the certificate link will not be available until all required evaluations are completed. You must click "Submit" to officially complete the process.
